How do I get a custom snoot cup?
I open up custom snoot orders every few months. The best place to find out about upcoming custom snoot spots is my email newsletter. These spots go pretty quick (the last drop sold out in a minute!), so once the date and time are announced, I suggest setting a timer and have your information ready to fill out.
Do you take other kinds of custom orders?
At this time, I do not offer custom orders, but I’m always creating new pieces! If you have an idea you can always reach out, and if its a project that sounds fun I might take it on.
Are your ceramics food-safe?
Yes! All of my functional pieces are made with food-safe glazes and materials, unless otherwise noted in the description.
Can I put my ceramics in the dishwasher or microwave?
Most pieces are dishwasher- and microwave-safe, but handwashing is recommended for longevity. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.
Any items with gold luster are not microwave or dishwasher safe.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the United States. If you're outside these areas, feel free to reach out, and I’ll see if I can accommodate!
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way.
What if my order arrives damaged?
I do my best to pack each piece securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos at [email protected]
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of my ceramics, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to help.
